The Propeller Inn is on the main Bembridge to Sandown road right next to Bembridge Airport, where you can watch the aeroplanes taking off and landing. It is a friendly pub and restaurant serving good beer and food, as well as a great place to hold private functions.

As you might imagine, there is plenty of aircraft memorabilia inside the property and a separate restaurant where you can enjoy the excellent food, which is all home made and locally sourced where possible. Several real ales are always available, including local ales, plus low or non-alcoholic beers, as well as the usual lagers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. The regularly changing menu features gastronomic delights such as Steak & Spitfire Pie, Sunday Roasts and fresh locally caught fish, crab & lobster.

There are two separate menus - with one at lunchtime and a different one in the evenings, plus a daily specials board. Afternoon tea and homemade cake is also on offer. The Propeller is available for any type of function including birthday parties, anniversaries and wedding receptions, and a dance floor next to the restaurant can be utilised if required.

An outside seating area provides a superb vantage point to watch the activities of the aircraft. Several traditional games such as "shove ha penny" can be enjoyed and there is a pool table in a separate room just off the main bar area. A large screen TV and CD Jukebox are available for your added enjoyment, as well as a library containing aeronautical books. Expect the unexpected at The Propeller, as things like impromptu karaoke are likely to materialise at any moment! ´Come along and watch the world fly by´
