Welcome to Ventnor Holiday Villas. If you have chosen a self-catering holiday on the Isle of Wight, Ventnor Holiday Villas can offer you a really relaxing break. Ventnor is an alluring resort nestling on the warm south facing slopes of St. Boniface Down, with an extremely mild climate all year round. Ventnor has retained its popular Victorian charm and natural features, which are ideal for a healthy holiday. A safe, sandy beach, magnificent sub-tropical Botanic Gardens, its own ales brewed from the local sparkling water, cheerful pubs, amusements and wonderful walks makes Ventnor an excellent choice. The apartments, villas and caravans at Ventnor Holiday Villas are on a south facing hillside leading down to the seashore. The sea views are spectacular and the hillside sheltered but open to all the sunshine that is going!
Villas
There is a selection of beautifully furnished, fully self-contained villas on varying levels of the site, leading right down to the water ledge. The villas available are 6 berth, 4 berth and 2 berth. All 6 berth villas have a kitchen, bathroom / toilet, lounge / dining room with colour television and 3 bedrooms: one double, one large twin and one small twin bedroom. Most of the 6 berth villas have a sea view and offer comfortable accommodation for 6 persons. We have only one 4 berth villa. It has a kitchen, bathroom / toilet, lounge / dining room with colour television and two bedrooms: one double, and one twin. This villa is situated right on the sea front. All 2 berth villas have a kitchen, bathroom / toilet, lounge / dining room with colour television and one double bedroom. Also offering a sea view, there are a limited number of the 2 berth villas. All villas boast a comfortable living / dining area and a fully contained kitchen.
Apartments
Situated at the top of the site on the town level the Ventnor Holiday Villas Apartments are set in a block of six over looking the bay below. With two apartments on each floor, each one has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) a bathroom / toilet and an open-plan kitchen / living / dining area. Very modern in appearance, these purpose built Holiday Apartments can boast patio sliding windows onto balconies overlooking the sea with superb views across the water. The Apartments are open all year round and are available for short winter breaks.
Caravans
We have two 4 berth caravans situated at the bottom of the site within ten metres of the water ledge. The caravans have two bedrooms - one double and one twin, shower and toilet, comfortable lounge/dining room and a kitchen area (cooking is by Calor gas at no extra charge). Both caravans have microwaves and colour televisions.
