Earning Money
Did you know you could earn money from your caravan holiday home when you are not using it? This is a great way to generate some extra income which can help towards the running costs of your holiday home. Running Costs
As with owning a car or a home, there are some additional running costs that need budgeting for (see below). We offer a 10 month direct debit scheme to make payments easier for you.

Pitch Fees
These fees are inclusive of winter storage and are payable in advance. The annual pitch fees do vary according to the size, location and views available to a particular pitch.

Rates & Water
The charge for rates is based upon the average rateable value of each holiday home determined by the Valuation Office and the charges levied by the local water authority. It sounds complicated, but it really isn’t!

Gas & Electricity
Bottled gas and electricity are charged based purely on how much you consume. Gas is delivered and connected free of charge you simply pay for the bottle.

All holiday home owners must be adequately covered by a suitable insurance policy. Most owners choose our recommended scheme as it is specifically designed for owners of holiday homes. You are however free to choose your own insurer.

Ways To Pay
Because the companies we work with specialise in providing finance for holiday homes, they have tailored their plans specifically to your needs. There is no need to attend a personal interview or to complete complicated proposal forms. Also, unlike a High Street Bank, who may require the loan to be secured on your home, specialised providers only take security on your holiday home.

How does it all work?
Many of our customers use finance in one way or another to help fund the purchase of their caravan. It's all quite normal; in fact even if you have got savings it makes sense to use finance so you keep your savings for a rainy day!

If it's something you are maybe interested in, we will take you through it in detail when you visit the park. It's really easy and your sales advisor will complete all of the documentation with you. We will then work with the finance provider to get you a decision, which usually only takes a couple of hours.

Sometimes people worry that they won't be able to get finance, but the great news is that we can offer guaranteed finance under certain circumstances. It may not surprise you to learn that terms and conditions apply, but then don't they always!
