Description
Brighstone Shop and Museum is home to the Brighstone village museum and includes the only National Trust gift shop on the Island. Admission to this Isle of Wight attraction is free and children are welcome.
Situated within a row of traditional cottages, you will find the Brighstone Shop and Museum (run by the Brighstone Museum Trust) which features evocative tableau and depicts village life in the 19th century. The shop has a wide range of gifts and cards, including many local items.
Opening Hours:
Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm & Sundays 12 noon - 5pm from 29 May until 26 September
Monday to Saturday 10am - 4pm from 27 September until Christmas plus two special Sunday openings for festive Christmas shopping with mince pies and mulled wine.
Mobility information
There is a step up to the entrance of the building and shop.
Free parking (not National Trust) and toilet facilities (100 yards).
Pushchairs admitted.
