Welcome to Friends Hotel in Sandown. The hotel is a detached property which is located within a 5 minute walk of the town's railway station, which runs a regular service to Brading, Ryde, Lake and Shanklin. There is a large park close by, known as Los Altos and the shops and facilities of the High Street are within a 10 minute walk, as is the beach and Esplanade. There is ample parking and the area is quiet. The quality and presentation of our food has always been a source of pride at Friends and is fundamental to the enjoyment of our guests. With our generous home cooked four course evening dinner, there is something to suit every taste and to complement your meal, we offer a comprehensive wine list. A vegetarian option is available upon request. At the Friends Hotel there are 25 en-suite bedrooms and we can accommodate 45 guests all year round. There are several family rooms and children of all ages are always welcome.The Isle of Wight is one of the most serene, yet exciting parts of Britain.
