Description
Experience outdoors adventure at UKSA, a unique charity that offers year round access to watersports activites and programmes for young people, adults, schools and groups.
Our staff and instructors have a real passion and talent for sharing what they do and want to inspire as many island visitors as possible to come and experience what UKSA has to offer.
UKSA delivers the widest possible range of courses for beginners, serious recreational sailors and watersports enthusiasts. The majority of our courses are delivered through one day, weekend and five day programmes. As well as practical courses afloat, we also offer a range of shore-based maritime training courses for both beginners and experts.
Watersports
UKSA offer a variety of watersports programmes for young people and adults:

All our RYA and BCU watersports courses are run by instructors who are experts in their field and are focused on providing challenging, yet safe environments in which to maximise your learning, experience and success. The range and quality of our watersports kit provides all you could wish for – whether you’re a beginner or aspiring professional, we have premium facilities to guarantee the best learning environment.
Multi-Activity/Camps (ages 8-16)
Five and seven day programmes include tuition, to national governing body standards, in dinghy sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. A high level of care and supervision is provided across all our programmes for young people. On-the-water activities and a full evening entertainment programme ensure that young people are occupied and entertained from early morning until bedtime.

Whether you are new to the marine industry or an experienced enthusiast, our range of courses will increase your knowledge and skills.

Our 3.5 acre campus in Cowes is fully equipped to cater for everyone from school groups taking part in residential multi-activity weeks to experienced mariners.
We have on-site accommodation for 270 people, with comprehensive facilities including heated indoor pool, bar/cafe, shop and Internet café.
