The Havelock offers quality Isle of Wight bed and breakfast accommodation. We are located in a fantastic position just a few minutes walk from the sea, Shanklin Chine, Keats Green and Shanklin Old Village - home to a wide variety of excellent restaurants and pubs. The Havelock was originally built as a gentleman´s residence and over the years has been sympathetically renovated and extended to provide a mixture of 22 superb bedrooms & family suites.

Set in attractive gardens, near to the sea and with its own Mediterranean style secluded pool, open mid-May to mid-September, we offer the ideal location to relax in traditional, comfortable surroundings at outstanding value. We have three single rooms, two twins, nine doubles and seven family rooms or suites, 6 of our rooms also have king size beds; please ring for further details. All bedrooms are en-suite and have central heating, colour TVs and tea & coffee making facilities. They are all tastefully decorated and furnished and 12 of the rooms include spectacular sea views with two of the doubles featuring balconies overlooking the sea. For your convenience, we have two private car parks at The Havelock, one at the front and one at the rear of the property.

After a day sightseeing, why not relax in the bar, on the terrace or by the pool with your favourite drink. An extensive range of home made snacks, cakes and refreshments are served between 12-5pm. Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8:30 - 9:30, is freshly cooked to order and is served by our friendly team of staff. Only the highest quality, locally sourced produce and free range eggs are used where possible from farms on the Isle of Wight. You can choose from a traditional English breakfast or a Continental style breakfast; both are served with unlimited tea, coffee and toast. By prior arrangement, Continental breakfast can be served from 7:30.
