Sabrie and Brian would like to welcome you to the recently converted Sunnyside Granary which was completed in 2011.The granary is part of Sunnyside Farm, an organic working sheep farm situated between the lovely villages of Godshill and Whitwell, approximately four miles from the seaside town of Ventnor.

Sunnyside Granary provides luxury Isle of Wight self catering accommodation for two guests and is great base to explore the Island from. If you need larger accommodation then why not stay at either Sunnyside Dairy which accommodates up to four guests or Sunnyside Cottage with space for up to eight guests. All three are surrounded by grassy fields, so there is no restriction to where you can go.

Sunnyside Granary has been lovingly converted by Sabrie and Brian and has been finished beautifully with a real attention to detail. Also included are Wi-Fi, basic Sky and TV/DVD to make it feel like a real home from home. The clean modern kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. The good sized double bedroom with plenty of storage space leads to the shower room and WC which have also been finished to a high standard.

To the rear of the accommodation is an enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn, complete with a gas barbecue and table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Bed linen and towels are provided, with beds made on arrival. (Please bring your own beach towels).

All our properties are no smoking.

Unfortunately, due to the accommodation being situated on a working farm with sheep, we are unable to take dogs.

We have a couple of ponds for fishing which are well stocked with carp and we kindly ask that only barbless hooks are used. You will need a national fishing license which can be obtained from the local post office at a cost of £3.50 per day.

There are footpaths and bridle roads, leading directly from the farm onto Stenbury Down where you can take advantage of the magnificent views.

A 20 minute walk will get you to a great pub in Godshill, with several others nearby, and even an Indian takeaway restaurant who can deliver.
