Learn to sail and canoe at the Medina Valley Centre sailing school, Isle of Wight.
The sailing school and activity centre is a great place to learn to sail, or improve your sailing skills, for children, young people and adults. The sheltered tidal waters of the Medina estuary, Isle of Wight, provide safe yet challenging conditions for dinghy sailing and canoeing, ideal for those who want to learn to sail or canoe, or want to improve their skills.
Sailing and canoeing courses run from Easter to the end of October, with many in the school holidays, and our competent and highly professional dinghy sailing instructors ensure students have lots of fun, learn new skills and both the dinghy sailing and canoe courses are run safely on the Medina estuary and the Solent.
As well as sailing activities, the Centre is an attractive and ideal venue for holidays, meetings and conferences. We are situated in a quiet riverside location midway between Newport and Cowes, and are also an excellent venue for lunches, family parties, Church weekends away and wedding receptions.
The beautiful location on the Isle of Wight linked with the great food, good hospitality and friendly staff, makes the Medina Valley Centre the ideal venue for your conference, meeting, party or holiday to run smoothly.
Medina Valley Centre is also an established residential centre for environmental and outdoor education on the Isle of Wight.
