Welcome to Isle of Wight Studio Glass – the ‘original’ glass studio on the Isle of Wight, recognised internationally for highly imaginative and creative approaches in handmade blown studio glass and glass design.
Blow A Bubble
When at the studio, take part in something you may never otherwise have the opportunity to do in a lifetime - come and blow a glass bubble! Closely supervised by one of our glassmakers who will talk you through the procedure, it´s fun for all ages.
You will also receive a special token memento of the activity. A charge and availability times apply. Limited to five years of age and over. Please check the glassmaking hours at the studio for times of availability. And don´t forget your camera!
Available online we have 17 collections of handmade glass giftware including bowls, perfume bottles, paperweights, vases and decorative lighting, varying in design, shape, size and price to suit many tastes. Famous ranges such as Azurene, Mozaic, Graal, Nightscape and Undercliff are all available here.
We also commission many types of personalised corporate gifts, engraved awards, trophies, incentives, overseas visitor gifts and personal achievement awards.
Founded in 1973 by International designer & glassmaker Michael Harris, Isle of Wight Studio Glass is readily recognised for the highly imaginative and original approach used in developing this magical material. Outstanding skill in design, in exploring new techniques and manufacturing has enabled the studio to become the leader in this field.
