Description
Sabrie and Brian would like to offer you a warm welcome to Sunnyside Cottage.
This superb self catering cottage on the Isle of Wight is the recently converted brick stables at Sunnyside Farm, which provide comfortable holiday accommodation for 8-10 guests in a beautiful rural setting.
Sunnyside Dairy is the new addition in the same location, the cottage sleeps 4.
Both cottage´s have been lovingly converted by Sabrie and Brian and comprises of a kitchen/lounge/dining room with a table to seat 10, easy chairs, colour TV with Sky and video/DVD, a fully equipped gym we also have Wi-Fi.
Sunnyside is now an organic working sheep farm and is situated between the lovely villages of Godshill and Whitwell, approximately four miles from the popular seaside town of Ventnor.
All the fields round the cottage are down to grass, so there is no restriction to where you can go.
There is a couple of ponds where guests can enjoy a spot of fishing, a licence can be obtained from the local Post Office, barbless hooks only please.
We also provide a selection of board games and videos for your added entertainment.
There are two double and two twim bedrooms at Sunnyside Cottage, with one having french windows.
This provides ample space for extended families, or two families wishing to share the same accommodation.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, including a dishwasher and large upright fridge/freezer.
In addition, there are two bathrooms, one with shower, bath and WC, while the second has a shower and WC.
French doors lead onto a walled patio area for alfresco dining where there is a barbecue and heater, complete with gas.
Bed linen and towels (but not cot linen), are provided, with beds made on arrival. (Please bring your own beach towels).
With most of the rooms on the ground floor, the accommodation is suitable for the less mobile and children are most welcome; a cot and highchair are provided.
Unfortunately, due to the sheep, we are unable to take dogs.
Sunnyside Cottage is available for weekly bookings throughout the year (from 3pm on Saturday).

The cottage is strictly no smoking.
