Whether this is a well-earned holiday or you are visiting one of the many events and festivals taking place all year round on the Isle of Wight, you will always feel relaxed at Parterre Holiday Apartments.
These Victorian 4 star Isle of Wight self catering apartments are set within their own grounds and offer comfort combined with cleanliness to ensure you have a most enjoyable stay. There is a guest garden for you to enjoy, with tables and chairs, as well as a useful drying area and ample parking. Our friendly non-smoking self-contained holiday apartments are ideally located within easy walking distance for all the amenities Sandown has to offer and is the perfect base to explore and enjoy the beautiful scenery and facilities of this beautiful Island.
Parterre Holiday Apartments are open all year, with short breaks available from October to May. They consist of six self-contained units, safely situated within the main house and each having its own entrance from the elegant Victorian staircase. The apartments are very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished to a high standard with attention to detail you would expect. All apartments are equipped with fully equipped kitchens, welcome packs, TVs (four with Freeview), clock radios, hair-dryers and heating for all year round comfort.
Apartment 5 is on a higher level and enjoys a lovely sea view towards Sandown Bay and Culver Down. Ground Floor Apartment Apartment 2 is equipped for up to two people and consists of: Entrance hall, spacious lounge, double bedroom, shower room, kitchen/diner leading to small patio. There is free heating, supplied by three night storage heaters.
First Floor Apartments
Apartment 3 is equipped for up to four people and consists of: Entrance hall, large lounge/kitchen/diner, two bedrooms - one double and one twin (2 single beds), bathroom with shower over bath.
Apartment 4 is equipped for up to two people and consists of: Lounge with double wall bed, shower room, kitchen/diner.
Apartment 5 is equipped for up to two people and consists of: Entrance hall, double bedroom. There is a short flight of stairs within flat leading to: Lounge, bathroom, kitchen/diner. There are distant sea views of Sandown Bay.
Apartment 6 is equipped for up to 3/4 people and consists of: Entrance hall, lounge/kitchen/diner, double bedroom, second bedroom, bathroom.
Apartment 7 is equipped for up to 2/3 people and consists of: Entrance hall, lounge/diner with sofa bed, shower room, kitchen, double bedroom.
All the apartments are fully equipped and include complimentary welcome packs, colour TVs and modern fitted kitchens with full size cookers, fridge freezers, microwave ovens, hairdryers, steam irons and ironing boards. There is a 24 hour return laundry service. There is ample heating available in all rooms and all the apartments are fully self-contained with their own private bathrooms/shower rooms. All prices include bedding. Towels may be hired. All beds are made up with freshly laundered cotton sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. The apartments are all-electric and have pre-payment meters.
